Pre-K Fee Schedule for School Year 2024–2025
Annual Registration Fee (Non-Refundable)
- K3 & K4 Registration Fee (per student): $100.00
- VPK Full Time Wrap Around Registration Fee (per student): $100.00
- VPK Part Time Wrap Around Registration Fee (3 days or less): $50.00

Book & Material Usage Fee
- Pre-Kindergarten 3 year old: $125.00
- Pre-Kindergarten 4 year old (non VPK): $125.00
There is a registration fee of $100.00 that must be paid prior to the child's admission to SRCA. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and is required to be paid at the beginning of each new school year.

Full Time and Part Time weekly tuition is required regardless of child's attendance. After 3 consecutive months of enrollment, each student is allowed TWO non-paying/non-attending weeks per year August to August. These are weeks that your child does not attend SRCA for the entire week and you do not pay.
Absences
If your child is going to be absent, you must notify us. If your child is ill, you must notify us as to the nature of the illness, particularly if it is contagious. No allowances, credits, refunds, or make-up days shall be made for occasional absences. Tuition must still be paid in full.
Late Payments
Full weekly tuition is as specified in your contract. Payments not paid as scheduled will be subject to a $5.00 late fee and your child will not be permitted to return until the amount is paid in full.
Late Pick Up Charges
There will be a $10.00 charge per child for any part of each quarter-hour after 6:00 p.m. Sorry, no exceptions to this policy.

Annual Tuition: $6,900.00
(K5–12th tuition is annual or divided into 10 or 12 equal monthly payments, due on the 5th of each month starting June 5 or August 5 and ending May 5)
