Step Up For Students
Step Up For Students is a Florida nonprofit that provides scholarships to K–12 students, giving families the power to choose the best educational setting for their children.
- Florida Tax Credit (FTC) Scholarship: Tuition assistance for low-income families.
- Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES): For middle-income families or students with unique abilities.
- Hope Scholarship: Helps students who have experienced bullying.
- Reading Scholarship: Grants for 3rd–5th graders to improve reading skills.
AAA Scholarship Foundation
The AAA Scholarship Foundation provides state-approved scholarships to eligible students in Florida for private education options.
- FTC & FES-EO: Scholarships for all school-aged children in Florida.
- FES-UA: Scholarships for students with disabilities.
- PEP Scholarships: For students not enrolled full-time in public or private schools.
Free Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK)
Florida’s VPK program offers free prekindergarten for children who are 4 years old on or before September 1 and live in Florida.
- School-Year Program: 540 instructional hours with certified teachers.
- Summer Program: 300 instructional hours in a condensed schedule.
- SIS Program: Specialized services for children with an IEP.
